We are getting excited for the first annual Gluten Free Expo in Chicago, for us. We have only two others to compare it to. One in Atlanta rocked and one in Alabama was pretty good. I have to admit I am a bit overwhelmed as it is in Chicago, a great destination for kids and adults alike with food around every corner to try. So here we are heading to Illinois to try some of the best food in area and see some chefs give us advice for cooking gluten free for our family. I am so lucky to have a child who has shown our family in under 3 years how to be healthier and happier. We are so blessed to be attending this event thanks to some friends and an idea of moving b sick to the North that allowed such an adventure.
